TIMEextra is the most comprehensive system allowing schools, local authorities and VCS organisations to manage the outputs and evidence the outcomes of ALL extracurricular activities accessed by their pupils and students.
This includes recording activities and attendance; quality assuring activities and providers; ensuring and recording all necessary safeguarding procedures are in place; tracking and measuring financial spend and return on investment; and evidencing impact of activities on attainment, behaviour and attendance.
TIMEextra allows you to track all the extracurricular activities attended by your pupils and students, whether they are in school or out of school, or run by a third party provider. Details include what activities they attend, who is the provider, how often and how many hours of activities they are participating in.
All this information allows you to establish a clear picture of what your students are participating in and which activities are making a difference in the classroom.
The following slides provide you with an insight into the possible uses of TIMEextra, but please contact us for a more thorough demonstration.
TIMEextra has a comprehensive reporting system allowing you to run reports against individual students', cohorts of pupils or whole school information. This ensures you have a clear understanding of what your students access out of school hours and helps you identify pupils at risk who do not attend activities and who would benefit from targeted intervention. This information can also be used within pupil reports to parents and pupil CV's.
TIMEextra allows users and schools to clearly evidence the impact extracurricular activities are having on their pupils. Whether this information is used to demonstrate details of Pupil Premium use, how the school is meeting Ofsted criteria, or to apply for external funding. All the information can be simply produced in report format and can show genuine evidence of successful intervenions.
TIMEextra comes with a wide range of Finacial tracking allowing reports to be produced by pupil, cohort or whole school. It also allows you to track against specific funding streams such as Pupil Premium, parent contribution, bursaries, bid funding or direct school grant. This ensures that you can see at a glance what revenues remain within a given budget and provide evidence of the use of a particular revenue stream.
Where schools are using external provider, where these are trusted they can be allocated a login to the system to allow them to monitor and track the pupils they are working with. This also gives them access to essentail information about pupils relating to emergency contact numbers, allergies, etc. Registers can be produced directly from the system with this information. Similarly schools have detailed access to information within the system relating to the activity providers details including CRB checks, Insurance details, Coaching qualifications, etc.
